Publix Super Market at Hamilton Mill Village Shopping Center

I love shopping at this store, however that wasn’t the case tonight. Penny the cashier was rude! She didn’t greet me at the beginning or at the end, and kept this flat, kind of upset face the whole time, and barely responded to my questions. She shouldn’t work in this position if she’s not going to provide good customer service. I give a 2 stars just because 2 of the employees were very nice and polite with me and helped me with my shopping; thank you Steve and Wanda!

I showed up 6 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready and they told me half the food we ordered wasn't even prepared that day. They didn't notify me until I was already in the parking lot, and the food they did have for the order was not ready for me to take. This isn't the first issue I've had with the company. I would say the past 7 or 8 times I've gone to any location of Publix it has been a disappointment. It seems the company across all locations is incompetent when it comes to balancing online ordering and in store customers. I'm done giving them any more chances. Since they've had online ordering they have had more than enough time to find the right balance telling me that there's really no end in sight as far as inefficiency. I would also say that quality has gone down as well. I used to work close to a Publix and would get lunch there frequently, but as of the past year or so every experience was just terrible. Unfortunately that's all I can really say about it. Nowhere to really praise the experience at all it was just bad. All around bad.

Your deli is always backed up with people waiting for sub sandwiches, but the deli manager was working the line today and his composure, patience, and quickness under that type of pressure was impressive. This is one reason I’m always willing to wait even if the line is long and only 1 or 2 people are working because I have always been met with kindness and can see how hard everyone is working to try to meet the needs and wants of the customers. I’ll always be back! 👍🏻

This location is generally a nice grocery store to visit. You will always find a grocery cart in the lobby, and their weekly ad at the entrance. The shelves are always full, but if you ever find yourself looking for something, there is usually an employee nearby eager to assist. The Pharmacy is very friendly, and always quick to get your prescription ready to go. They will even answer any questions you have over the phone. The Pharmacy has perfected customer service, making them my #1 go-to. I would give this location a 5 star, but other areas of the store are hit or miss when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately. However, I still love my local Publix at Hamilton Mill Village and will continue to spend my money with them.
